Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship to all 50 states across the USA.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and shipping method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your selection)

Delays

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

  • Aluma Mart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at alumamartofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund if eligible.

International Shipping (Optional – If you plan to ship outside the USA later)

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available in the future.
